Robert Kehle

Mr. Kehle joined the Pittsburg State University, Pittsburg, KS, USA faculty in 1978. He holds the rank of professor of music and teaches both lower brass and jazz studies. His Bachelor of Music and the Bachelor of Arts (music eduction) degrees are from Washington State University and his Master's in Music degree and doctoral work are from Indiana University.

His trombone teachers include Dr. S. Thomas Beversdorf, Mr. Keith Brown, Mr. M. Dee Stewart, Mr. Edward Kleinhammer, and Mr. Michael Olsavsky. He is currently principal trombonist with the Springfield, Missouri Symphony Orchestra and the Central Plains Brass Quintet. Mr. Kehle is an artist affiliate with UMI, Inc and plays Conn trombone.
