Thirty Years of Warwick Music

Warwick Music Publishing, part of the pBone Music family, is celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2024.

The wind and brass publishing specialists started in 1994 with just one piece of music: a previously undiscovered work by Gustav Holst for Trombone and Organ. Now, more than 2,000 publications later, Warwick Music Publishing is continuing to share the gift of brass and wind with musicians across the globe.

The Warwick Music Publishing catalog contains a wide variety of work, from composers such as Mark Nightingale, Alwyn Green, Ying-Chen Kao, Martin Yates, and many more. During the pandemic, more than 13,000 pieces of music were made available to teachers for free. Still proudly based in Warwickshire, these publications are now distributed worldwide by Hal Leonard.

Digital copies of the Warwick Music library are available from the Warwick Music website, giving musicians access to thousands of pieces for brass, woodwind, and beyond!

2024 is shaping up to be another exciting year for Warwick Music. To commemorate thirty fantastic years of music, we will be sharing stories from across the publishing world. We will speak to the people behind those very first works back in 1994, tell the stories behind the music, share insights from composers, and much, much more.

If you have a Warwick Music story, a favourite piece from your playing days, or any other musical memories, please get in touch at publishing@warwickmusic.com. We'd love to hear from you!
