Expanding Partnerships with Music Services in England

September 29th, 2023 | 1 min read

By Adam McCulloch

Warwick Music Group, the team behind pBone Music, is further enhancing and expanding its reach with Music Services across England.

It follows the release by Arts Council England of the Strategic Functions for Hub Lead Organisations document in June 2023. Music services in England are expected to partner with a number of organisation partners across the industry, including instrument manufacturers and providers like Warwick Music Group.

The Strategic Functions document outlines a number of key areas that services will need to consider when procuring instruments, such as sustainability, diversity and inclusion, inventory management, and more.

In a Music Mark article, working examples of Warwick Music working with music services outline how a partnership can work. From CPD sessions in Swansea to brass progression in Sheffield, music services are reaping the benefits of working with Warwick Music Group.

The article featured in Music Mark also links to a chance to download a bespoke guide, created by Warwick Music for music services. To find out more, visit our Strategic Partnerships with Music Hubs in England page to get your free copy of the guide. You can also contact WMG CEO Steven Greenall by emailing steven@warwickmusic.com.

Adam is the Content Manager at pBone Music. This should mean that he’s the ideal person to write about himself, but he finds boasting in the third person a little awkward. He honed his word wizardry with a degree in English Language and Literature at the University of Leeds. He has since written copy for clients and businesses across the land, from awards to something beginning with “z”. He also spent a number of years as a musician. He has written pop songs and even jingles for kids, performed more first dances at weddings than you could shake a pBuzz at, and once played a gig for a pie company at The Etihad Stadium in Manchester. When he’s not reminiscing about those good old days, you might find Adam enjoying the football (although as an Everton fan, that can be difficult). He also loves spending time with his partner, Jen, and his family and friends, and sincerely hopes they feel the same way.
